Roof Replacement Photo Album: 4,500 Square Foot Roof Replacement in Rockton, IL

Rob & Deb H. of Rockton, IL called My-Pros after purchasing their new home. The home was in forclosure and not well updated by the previous owners. The existing shingles were failing, causing leaks and interior water damage. The new homeowners knew they needed to act fast, and hire a professional, local crew for the job. Rob and Deb met with their Pro, Joe, who provided them with a free estimate for the work. Our team knew that their 4,500 square foot roof was going to be a challenge, but one that they were happy to accept. When the crew got started on this roof replacement, they removed the existing shingles in their starting location. They tore the shingles down to the existing decking. They then installed an ice and water shield along the eaves and valleys before installing a synthetic underlayment to protect the interior of the home from further water damage. With the under layers of the roof system in place, the crew started installing the 150 bundles of new shingles. Rob and Deb chose beautiful CertainTeed Landmark PRO MD shingles in the color Georgetown Gray. These homeowners now have a beautiful new roof that will protect their investment for many years to come.
