Roof Repair Photo Album: Green Roof in the woods.

The owner of this roof knew they had one small leak that would appear once in awhile but not every rain storm. My-Pros was hired to install a new roof and we discovered five-sheets of roof sheathing that was rotten due to the old roof leaking. The roof was complicated due to multiple layers of roof and steepness and in the woods.

We are excited to install a new roof shingle color on this beautiful log cabin.

Old Shingles Had to be replaced.

The old roof was leaking in a couple spots.

Laying out the tarps helps protect and clean up when we are done.

Tear Off Can Be Messy

This roof being steep and with the tree coverage we were not able to throw the old roof into a dump trailer. So we had no choice but to throw the old roof shingles to the ground on top of our tarps, then to the dump trailer (dumpster).

Water Damage toRoof Sheathing

Five sheets of roof decking had to be replaced due to serve water damage.

Several Sheets of Bad Wood

New wood was installed instead of re-using this wood.

ICE/WATER Installed

Building code requires us to install ice/water shield 2' linear feet past an interior wall. This overhang required us to install 15' linear feet of ice/water shield from the edge of the roof.

Shingles being Installed

We storm nail our shingles giving the customer 130 MPH Wind Warranty.

New Hunter Green Shingles

The new roof has been installed and clean up of the old roof has been completed.

Job Completed.

The new roof is warranty for a limited lifetime warranty.
