Our crew was quickly on the scene and we installed emergency tarping to keep water out of the home while Denise went through the insurance claims process for her roof replacement.

After the insurance claim was approved, our crew quickly got to work on her roof replacement. We started by tearing off the old roofing shingles from her damaged roof and then installed a synthetic ice and water underlayment. With the protective underlayment in place we proceeded to install the quality asphalt roofing shingles that Denise had chosen, CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color Weathered Wood. With the new shingles installed Denise can now enjoy the benefits of a beautiful new replacement roof that will keep her home safe for many years to come!

Many homeowners wonder "how do I know if my roof is leaking?" Or, more generally, "how do I know my roof has a problem?" Roof damage is often subtle, but there are some signs you can look out for like water stains, drips, spots on exterior walls, and missing shingles. In the case of Kevin W. of Johnsburg, IL it was the squirrels living in his attic that started to tip him off. Craig got Kevin's roof replacement approved by his insurance adjuster and we got to work. Our team arrived quickly and immediately set to work removing the existing shingles. Once the old roof was removed we installed a synthetic underlayment and ice and water shield around the eaves and other water-susceptible areas. We then installed beautiful replacement asphalt shingles. Kevin went with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color mission Brown. Not only does Kevin now have a beautiful new replacement roof, there's also no sign of squirrels in the attic!

Installing Vinyl Shake on the peaks of a home will change the curb appeal to a more modern look. The new shake was installed above the front door. My-Pros also installed new fascia, soffit, gutters also we had minor surgery around the bay window with rotten boards.

My-Pros used a quality vinyl siding made by Norandex on their Cedar Knolls line which is a .044 ml thickness on a 5" Dutch Lap vinyl Siding. We also installed new fascia, soffit, gutters & downspouts.
